Dr. Blue is a mentor, personal and business coach, entrepreneur, author, and educator. Dr. Blue is the Founder and CEO of B & J Enterprises, LLC where Blue Pathways Educational Mentorship Services and Paramount Recruitment Agency were born. Both businesses are dedicated to helping students, parents, school leaders, business owners, and organizational leaders develop a plan for success for themselves and others. During the podcast, Dr. Blue shares her insights into mentoring youth in education and career pathways and what it is like to become an entrepreneur. She shares the struggles she experienced working with her family and how that helped her realize the purposeful actions she must take in who she aligns herself with in business. She is excited to work with all global and community members that are connected to the mission and vision of B & J Enterprises, LLC. Dr. Blue is a CASA (court-appointed advocate for children of Kent County) and a mentor for Affinity Mentorship. Dr. Blue holds a Doctorate of Management and Organizational Development in Higher Education Organizations from Colorado Technical University, two Master's Degrees from Ferris State University in Business Administration and Career Technical Education with a focus on management, business, and education.
